India - working women's opinion on employer facilities 2018

Around 50 percent of all the surveyed women said they would like to have the option of flexi work-hours or days to be provided by their employers. This was in response to a survey conducted between September and October 2018 about the opinion on additional facilities to be provided by employers among working women in India, based on their marital status.

The survey was conducted using an online interview administered to members of a panel comprising of over 30,000 individuals. The survey classified women as 'married', 'single' or 'other', in which the 'other' category refers to unmarried women who may be in a relationship, or would rather not say.
