In the most recently reported period, the social network took action on 670 thousand pieces of content that went against their standards on regulated goods, down from 754 thousand pieces of content in the fourth quarter of 2018. Facebook has invested in automatic detection to delete content that attempts the sale, exchange, gifting, or transfer of firearms, firearm parts, ammunition, or explosives between private individuals.
