India - women smart card usage share by employment status 2018

Only 55 percent of women used smart cards for public transportation in India in 2018. In addition, 63 percent of the students who used public transportation owned a smart card. Whereas, only 51 percent of the homemakers used smart cards for the public transport across the country.
