How millennials in the Nordic countries book taxis in 2018, by country
In 2018, most millennials in the Nordic countries, except for the Norwegian respondents, used their mobile phone to book a taxi. This was especially the case in Sweden, where 74 percent of the respondents would use their phone. In Norway, the majority of the respondents (39 percent) showed up in person when booking a taxi, which was also the case for 36 percent of the Finnish respondents. During this period, it was most common for Danish respondents (32 percent) to call a taxi.
