As of December 2018, over one third of France-based proptech companies has concentrated on the management stage of the property lifecycle for residential real estate. All other stages of a properties lifecycle were quite evenly distributed between French proptech companies with the exception of moving, which less than 3 percent of proptech companies operated in.
