Acquisition rate of paid holidays among full-time nurses at hospitals Japan FY 2020
At around 17.5 percent of hospitals in Japan, full-time employed nurses took from 50 to less than 60 percent of the paid leave given in the fiscal year 2020, according to a survey conducted from October to November in 2021. At about 8.7 percent of hospitals, nurses took 90 percent or more of their paid vacation.
