A 2019 survey conducted of partnered adults in the United States found that 27 percent of U.S. adults in relationships were sometimes bothered by how much time their partner spent on their cellphone. In comparison, only 10 percent of U.S adults in relationships were sometimes bothered by the time their partner spent on playing video games.
