Average rent per square meter for warehouses in Denmark 2023, by area and location
The annual average rental costs per square meter for warehouses and industrial space in primary location in Copenhagen reached 750 Danish kroner in the third quarter of 2023. The average rental cost in a secondary location reached 500 Danish kroner per square meter. The rental cost for a primary location in Aarhus, and the Triangle area, was 500 and 525 Danish kroner per square meter, respectively.
