Argentina: Maradona's contribution to his team performance in World Cups 1982-1994

During the 1986 FIFA World Cup that took place in Mexico, the Argentine football star Diego Armando Maradona played seven matches with his team and scored five goals. One of them, scored against England, was considered by many to be "the goal of the century". That year, La Albiceleste won its second World Cup title.
