While the use of telework is progressively becoming more widespread, the source was interested in knowing what predisposition the French would have in 2019 to move out of a regional metropolis to a rural area if they had the opportunity to work remotely. Thus, 57 percent of those surveyed responded that they would move to a rural location if they had the option. Conversely, 43 percent said they would not, even if they had the opportunity to work remotely.
