In 2019 it was found that close to half of global advertisers used advanced creatives in their campaigns. This format of advertising is more interactive and personalized (often based on geo-targeting or sequential messaging) and therefore it is more attractive to viewer. In fact the same study showed a lift in ad engagement for advanced interactives of 335 percent compared to standard format.
