Older U.S. adults' longest time of no social interaction since COVID, 2020, by gender
As of August 2020, for around a third of men and women aged 50 years and older, the longest they had gone without interacting with someone outside their household or workplace since the COVID-19 pandemic began was just a few days. However, nearly 1 in 5 older women reported 2-3 months as the longest time in which they did not interact with others outside of home or work.
This statistic shows the percentage older U.S. adults who reported the longest time not interacting with others outside of household/workplace since the start of the COVID-19 pandemic, as of August 2020, by gender.
