According to a survey on retail shopping behavior conducted by Rakuten Insight in June 2021, approximately 33 percent of Thai respondents aged between 45 to 54 years old stated that they shopped for non-grocery items in physical stores once a week. Meanwhile, around 28 percent of the 25 to 34-year-old-participants stated that they went shopping for such items several times a week.
