Nearly one fifth of people looking for a job in Russia believed there was a threat that their employer could dismiss them, according to a survey from the third quarter of 2021. The perception of job security sharply declined in the second quarter of 2020 at the start of the COVID-19 pandemic in the country, when over 40 percent were of the opinion that they could be fired.
