Customer satisfaction with local bus services in the United Kingdom (UK) 2013

This graph shows the satisfaction of bus users and non-users with local bus services based on responses from a survey carried out in March 2013. Those who used the bus services rated it much higher than those who did not and unsurprisingly the none-users were more likely to have no opinion. Only 11 percent of users rated the service as very or fairly poor.
