The number of enterprises in the cocoa and chocolate manufacturing industry in Germany saw no significant changes in 2021 in comparison to the previous year 2020 and remained at around 425 enterprises. Still, the number of enterprises reached its highest value in the observed period in 2021. According to Eurostat, this includes all companies that were active during at least a part of the reference period.
