Share of beer drinkers in Italy 2010-2023

Beer drinkers are here defined by individuals who consumed beer at least once in the year under consideration. This statistic displays the share of beer drinkers on the total population in Italy between 2010 and 2023. It was possible to note a generally steady increasing trend in the period under consideration. In fact, the share of Italian occasional beer drinkers increased by more than five percent during the reported period, reaching 51.1 percent in 2023.
