Attendance at Thorpe park amounted to approximately 1.6 million in 2022. This denoted a decrease of nearly six percent over the previous year, when the park was visited by 1.7 million guests.

Thorpe Park’s visitor numbers remain stable

For most of the last decade, Thorpe Park’s visitor numbers have fluctuated between around 1.7 and two million visitors. The park has not achieved attendance figures over two million visitors since 2014, however 2019 was on par with earlier years. Thorpe Park was among the top 10 amusement and theme parks in Europe in 2021.

Merlin Entertainments is a global cooperation, headquartered in the UK, that operates leading family attractions worldwide, including brands such as Legoland, Sealife Centre and Madame Tussauds. Merlin attractions received a total 35.2 million visitors in 2021.
