South Koreans' opinion on the priority in North Korea policy 2023
According to a survey conducted in South Korea in 2023, about 44.8 percent of respondents believed that the denuclearization of North Korea should be the top priority in the South Korean government's North Korea policy. Improving human rights in North Korea and reducing military tensions were also important issues for South Koreans, with around 36.2 percent and 33.2 percent of responses respectively.
