Italy: most important factors affecting hiring decisions 2015
This statistic illustrates employer companies' opinion on the most important factors influencing hiring decisions in Italy in 2015. According to the survey results, the majority of respondents (80 percent) believed that the most decisive factor in recruiting new employees was the work experience. By contrast, only one in ten employers thought that the candidate's educational background was the most important factor.
