The FTSE MIB Index increased overall between January 2015 and May 2023, albeit with significant fluctuations. Following a period of growth up to the end of 2019, the global coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic caused the index to drop to 17,051 points at the end of March 2020, before recovering in the following months. The index continued to increase and stood at 26,051.33 point as of May 2023.
