In the fiscal year ending September 30, 2022, the Smithsonian's total revenue amounted to roughly 1.5 billion U.S. dollars. Meanwhile, the Metropolitan Museum of Art's revenue reached 293 million U.S. dollars in the fiscal year ending June 30, 2022.
