Main causes of occupational diseases in Italy 2016-2017
The main causes of occupational diseases in Italy in 2016 and 2017 are presented here. According to data, repetitive work was the main cause of occupational illnesses, bringing to 33 percent of conditions related to work, followed by vibrations with 18 percent. Additionally, lifting heavy loads was the cause of 17 percent of occupational diseases.
