Argentina: alcoholic beverages consumption by type 2016

Beer and wine were the most consumed alcoholic beverages in Argentina in 2016, each accounting for 40 percent of alcohol consumption in the country. In contrast, spirits and other beverages accounted for only 10 percent of the consumption each. In that year Argentina was the third country with the highest annual per capita consumption of alcohol in Latin America and the Caribbean.
