In 2017, two-day shipping was used by 67 percent of online shoppers in the United States. In 2018, the percentage of online shoppers using two day shipping increased to 78 percent. A total 40 percent of online shoppers used next day shipping in 2017 and an increase to 46 percent was seen in 2018.
