The coronavirus (COVID-19) outbreak changed consumer spending plans on services among Russians, according to the survey from April 2020. The majority of consumers stated they expected their expenditure to decrease on all categories except for mobile services, on which 13 percent of respondents planned to increase spending in the following six months.
