Organizations keeping online/hybrid meetings 2021

The coronavirus pandemic hit the global business tourism industry hard as the ability to travel was limited in order to reduce the spread of the virus. As a result, travel digitization became a central topic of discussion within the business travel industry. According to a 2021 survey, roughly three quarters of respondents stated that their companies will be keeping the online or hybrid format for future meetings.
