IPTV is expected to hold 31.6 percent of direct pay TV subscribers worldwide by 2026. Following that was direct cable TV which comprised 25.9 percent of the subscribers. Only 0.8 percent of direct pay TV subscribers used DTT (digital terrestrial television).
