M&A activity in Bosnia and Herzegovina: deal value 2011-2023
In Bosnia and Herzegovina, the total value of merger and acquisition (M&A) transactions fluctuated between 2011 and 2023. The total value of M&A deals in 2023 amounted to 33.2 million euros, with a further estimated undisclosed value of 143.1 million euros. A significant increase can be seen here from the previous year, when total M&A deal value amounted to 110.3 million euros. Throughout the ten year period, the most M&A activity is seen in 2018, when the deal value and estimated undisclosed value amounted to over 404 million euros.
