Number of brain dead organ donors in South Korea 2012-2022
In 2022, a total of 405 brain dead people donated organs in South Korea. This represents a decrease from the previous year. The total number of donors peaked in 2016, at 573 donors. Overall, the amount of organ donors has been increasing since the beginning of the decade.
