This chart shows the opinion of French consumers on the purchase of organic products in 2012, according to the preferred distribution channel (large and medium-sized or organic chains). It appears that more than 80 percent of the customers in organic chains thought that the place of purchase valued the organic products, against 41 percent of the customers in large and medium traditional surfaces.
