This statistic reflects the annual volume of fresh vegetables consumed per person in Spain between 2011 and 2020. In 2013, more than 63 kilograms of fresh vegetables were consumed per person in Spain, approximately four kilograms more than in 2015. In 2017, the Spaniards consumed the lowest amount of fresh vegetables throughout the whole period of consideration, the per capita consumption fell to 55.4 kilograms. In 2020 the Spaniards´ consumption rate of fresh vegetables reached its highest value at 63.9 kilograms per person.
