Most important apartment features for renters in the United States in 2020

Smart home devices are among the most important apartment features according to a survey conducted among over 2,000 renters in the United States. Approximately 37 percent of the respondents chose smart home devices (temperature control, digital locks, etc.) as most desired features, while 29 percent chose recreational sport facilities and 24 percent picked pet services.
