Profit of Bank Julius Baer Europe S.A. 2015-2021
In 2021, Bank Julius Baer Europe S.A. reported an overall net profit of roughly 19.5 million euros. This was an increase from the value reported in the previous year. The Luxembourg subsidiary of the Swiss private bank became the center of European operations in 2017, after Julius Baer acquired the Commerzbank branch located in the Grand Duchy. Several banks from Switzerland, or other countries like China and the United States, established themselves in Luxembourg to gain access to the EU internal market.
