Willingness to substitute meat for plant-based alternatives Singapore 2023
According to the results of a survey on plant-based foods conducted in Singapore in January 2023, 34 percent of respondents were open to plant-based alternatives to meat. In comparison, 30 percent of respondents were unwilling to substitute their meat or dairy products consumption for plant-based alternatives.
