M&A activity in Czechia: largest deals in 2022
In 2022, the largest merger and acquisition (M&A) deal in Czechia was made by CPI Property Group (Czechia). CPI Property Group paid 365.9 million euros for a 24.7 percent stake of the Czech assets of IMMOFINANZ Group. The second-largest M&A deal amounted to 331.8 million euros, the price paid for the acquisition of a 9.9 percent stake in O2 Czechia (O2 CR) by PPF Group (Czechia).
