The statistic shows the share of monuments and monumental complexes in Italy by macro-region, compared to a series of selected cultural facilities (museums and galleries, archeological parks and areas, monuments and monumental complexes, facilities of ecomuseums networks). As of 2018, the Center registered the highest share. In fact, monuments and monumental complexes accounted for 15.4 percent of all selected cultural facilities in this Italian macro-region in 2018.
