Box office revenue of the Fantastic Beasts movies worldwide as of 2022, by region
As of the end of June 2022, "Fantastic Beasts: The Secrets of Dumbledore," released in April of the same year, had the lowest box office revenue of all the films of the franchise. It grossed around 96 million U.S. dollars at the so-called North American box office (which consists of Canada and the United States) and 305 million dollars across the rest of the world. Therefore, the global box office revenue of "The Secrets of Dumbledore" amounted to less than half of the series' first installment, "Fantastic Beasts and Where to Find Them" (2016). Along with the Harry Potter movies, the franchise is known as the Wizarding World.
