In a Booking.com business travel trends survey, corporate travel managers were asked about their organizations' travel spending habits, revealing some interesting insights about corporate travel budgets. When asked about their most commonly booked travel expenses, hotels unsurprisingly top the list as not only the most common business travel booking, but also the most common accommodation choice with 93% of the respondents nominating hotels and just a quarter indicating that they book house rentals. Of all the travel options, flights are clearly the preferred mode of transport, chosen by 83% of respondents ahead of car rentals at 52%.
