Consumer Insights is Statista's self-serve tool for understanding consumers. It's built on a set of ongoing global surveys covering habits, attitudes, brand relationships, and media behavior across hundreds of topics and markets.

How to access it

The quickest way in is from the Statista platform itself:

  1. Select Products in the top navigation bar.
  2. Choose Consumer Insights from the dropdown.

Coming from Consumer Insights Classic?
It's the same survey data, now accessed through Consumer AI. Ask a question and get a sourced, exportable answer. Some features have been renamed and moved.
