If your account has reached its maximum number of seats, you have two options:
You can remove existing users to make room for new ones
You can upgrade your account to add more seats. To request an upgrade or add more seats, please contact our Sales team.
You’ll also find a link to customer support in the pop-up window that appears when you try to add users if all seats are taken. Simply click “Upgrade” in the pop-up, and you’ll be forwarded to our Customer Support team.
