Masturbation routine among men in Spain 2020
The latest studies on masturbation habits in Spain unveiled that men are more prone to pleasuring themselves by using adult content than women, as stated by 73 percent of male respondents in 2020. Women however are more likely to fantasize or use their imagination while masturbating, although 41 percent of them also admitted to having used pornography to masturbate to some degree during the same analyzed period. In contrast to pornography, vibrating toys do not seem to be very popular among men - only 4 percent of male respondents stated they have used these self-pleasure devices.

According to the most recent surveys, in Spain, almost everybody masturbates. The results show that 96 percent of Spanish men and 90 percent of women masturbated in 2020. Half of the Spaniards who masturbated did so at least once a week or more. Some 20 percent of respondents stated they self-stimulated a few times a month. A total of 34 percent of Spaniards, however, seem reduce their masturbatory frequency when in a relationship.
