According to a survey conducted by Rakuten Insight in February 2024, around 84 percent of male respondents in China who had consumed plant-based food said they had tried plant-based milk made of soy, rice, almond, oat or other alternatives. Meanwhile, 88 percent of female respondents confirmed this statement.
