Opinions on factors that help women to get ahead in Italy 2019

Among the main factors that help a woman to succeed, the largest groups of Italian respondents chose intelligence, competence, and willingness to never give up. Indeed, according to data published by Ipsos in 2019, 34 percent of respondents in Italy believed that intelligence was the most important attribute that helps a woman to get ahead. Characteristics such as being competent and never giving up were also important factors, indicated by 31 percent of interviewees.
