Starting March 24, 2020, Italian residents were able to sign up for the video on demand service provided by Disney. Thanks to figures provided by Airnow PLC, it is possible to get an idea of how the new video streaming service launched in the European country. In the first week, the Disney+ app reached nearly 317 thousand downloads on android devices.
