
Dairy production in Kenya 2019-2021
As of 2021, the production of processed milk and cream in Kenya reached 510.5 million liters, increasing from nearly 460 million liters in the previous year. Furthermore, around 1026 metric tons of butter and ghee were produced in the country in 2021, while the production of cheese was measured at 176 metric tons. Both articles registered a rise in production volume compared to 2020.
