Prime monthly high street retail property rent in Munich Q4 2020, by street
In 2020, Munich was the most expensive city for prime high street retail real estate in Germany. The monthly rent per square meter on the primary shopping streets measured between 110 and 360 euros as of the fourth quarter of 2020. On Neuhauser Str., retailers had to pay on average 360 euros per square meter for a new letting of 100 square meters on a ground level with a six-meter shop front.
