Sales of commercial restaurant chains France 2019
In the space of more than a decade, the turnover generated by commercial restaurant chains has more than doubled in France. The figures increased from 6.43 billion euros in 2006 to 15.32 billion euros in 2019. Despite of this growth, a drop is expected in 2020, as a direct consequence of the COVID-19 pandemic, which constrained many restaurants to close their doors to the public for most of the year.
