Information security telephone and online consultation cases South Korea 2010-2022
In 2022, the number of telephone and online consultation cases through the 118 counseling center for information security in South Korea amounted to more than 300 thousand. The highest number of consultation cases in South Korea was recorded at 633,760 in 2014, and the second-highest number was reported in 612,496 in 2013. Consultation through the 118 hotline was used the least in 2017. The "118 Counseling Center" service is provided by the Korea Internet & Security Agency (KISA) for information security complaints.
