This statistic shows a comparison of the share of EU countries in the total consumption of fruit juice (and nectar) with their share in the total population. In 2014, 16 percent of the EU population lived in Germany. However, due to a comparatively high per capita juice consumption, 24.8 percent of fruit juice were consumed in this country, making it the most important market for fruit juice in the EU.
